Free for at least your first year. Early members will be offered better rates than new users when paid plans launch.

What happens after beta?
When we move to paid plans, early members will be offered lower rates than anyone who signs up later. We don't have final pricing yet — it'll be shaped by what we learn during beta about how people actually use the product.
What we can say now: there will be no per-door pricing. You won't pay more just because you manage more units.
What we're looking for in beta members
Canadian property owners who manage their own buildings full-time — anywhere from 5 to 100 doors. You're probably running this on a spreadsheet, QuickBooks, or a combination of apps that don't talk to each other.
In exchange for early access and setup, we'll ask for honest feedback on what works and what doesn't. That's the deal.
